Delete in the app
Sign in to Live 10|25, open Profile, and choose Delete My Account. Confirm the two deletion prompts to permanently delete the account.
Request deletion without the app
Email the address associated with your Live 10|25 account and ask us to delete the account. We may reply to verify account ownership before completing the request.
What is deleted
- Your Supabase login identity, name, email address, and member profile.
- Private notes, direct messages, group messages, prayer activity, event and lunch responses, attendance records, notification preferences, and push tokens associated with your account.
What may be retained
Shared group planning content—such as events, studies, announcements, resources, and service opportunities—may be retained for the community after being detached from or reassigned away from your personal account. Information may also be retained when required by law or necessary to address fraud, abuse, or security, and only for as long as required.
